The NiSi V7 100mm filter holder set with True Color NC CPL and lens cap is the most advanced 100mm filter holder NiSi has ever made. A refined design based on feedback from photographers. The V7 allows for easy use of up to three 100mm wide, 2mm thick filters, along with the newly developed NiSi True Color circular polarizing filter. The mount has no vignetting up to 16mm on full-frame wide-angle lenses.

It is made of aircraft grade aluminum and the matte black matte finish on the surface minimizes reflections. The V7 kit comes complete with the 100mm filter holder, an ultra-thin True Color CPL, four adapter rings for the most popular wide-angle lenses (67mm, 72mm, 77mm and 82mm), a lens cap and a storage pouch. The V7 has a unique rotational wheel design so that the CPL filter can be rotated independently of the rectangular filters via a gear on the back of the filter holder.

This V7 version features the brand new True Color CPL which prevents the yellow cast of most CPLs. The True Color CPL features our patented NiSi Pro Nano coating that helps reduce unwanted reflections and provides a waterproof and oil-resistant layer to remove unwanted fingerprints, dust and water marks.

The new Point to Point CPL design allows for easier installation of the CPL in the main 82mm adapter. By aligning the white marks on the CPL with the white marks on the main adapter and twisting, you can easily secure the CPL in place and remove it with little effort.

Our unique clip system is designed to grip only around the edges of the filter and avoid contact with the surface of the filter. Filters are easy to insert and contact with major surfaces of a filter is avoided, especially when using GND filters, the effect of which can be adjusted to suit changing lighting conditions or creative needs by sliding them up or down in the filter slot.

Mounting the NiSi V7 100mm filter holder can be easily done by first screwing the included 82mm adapter ring onto a lens with 82mm filter thread on the front. Step-up rings are included to allow the adapter ring to be used with lenses with 67mm, 72mm or 77mm front filter threads, with additional step-up rings available separately for 49mm, 52mm, and 52mm front lenses. 55mm, 58mm or 62mm filter threads. After the filter holder is mounted on the adapter ring, the so-called "pull and release pin" of the filter holder ensures a reliable connection, allowing the holder to be rotated 360°. To further secure the position of the filter holder, it is fitted with a lock that can be activated by turning a small wheel around the release pin, preventing any rotation of the filter holder.

Adapter rings for lenses with 86mm or 95mm front filter threads are also available separately. The combination of one of these adapter rings with the filter holder is not suitable for a NiSi 86 mm circular polarizing filter; however, a polarizing effect can be obtained by placing a separately available 100mm wide, 2mm thick polarizing filter between a pair of slots in the filter holder.

The V7 kit includes a slip-on lens cap that protects the CPL while still attached to a lens and a padded holder bag for safe storage and transport.
